Setting up 10-digit dialing in Windows XP

Hit the [Start] button, go up to Settings, click on Network Connections
Right-click on the *BBS 42 icon* under the Dial-up section on your screen, then select Properties.
Click the [Properties] button at the bottom of the screen.
Click in the Phone number: box, and type 519- in front of the phone number that is already there. Hit the [OK] button.
The phone number should now appear in the Dial: box with the 519 in front of it. Click the [Dial] button to make sure the modem dials properly.
