Setting up 10-digit dialing in Windows 95 and 98

Double click on the My Computer icon.
Double click on the Dial Up Networking icon.
Right click on the BBS 42 connection icon
Click on the General tab at the top of the window. Click in the Phone number: box, and type 519- in front of the phone number that is already there. Be sure to uncheck the check box beside "Use Area Code and Dialing Properties". Click the [OK] button.
Please note: If you subscribe to Call Waiting on your phoneline, you have to disable it while you are on the Internet. To do this, type *70,519- in front of the existing phone number. Be sure to uncheck the check box beside "Use Area Code and Dialing Properties". Click the [OK] button.
